Max started his career as a Flash developer in the early 2000s, drawn to the richness and animations that were possible with Flash. That later led to building applications in ActionScript 3.
When Flash fell out of favour, he moved on to vanilla JavaScript, HTML, and WordPress—again building applications and full-stack solutions.
React entered the picture in 2016. After watching it for a while, he took the plunge and took to it quickly, and has been building dashboard-style applications behind authentication ever since. He still focuses on those kinds of applications today, using the latest tools in the ecosystem.
He cares about code structure, developer mindset, and coaching the next generation of developers.
